Bernadette Lappage - Chair
Bernadette used to be a local councillor in Enfield and was the Mayor of Enfield from 2016 to 2017. She is passionate about the importance of music in local people’s lives.
Doug Taylor - Treasurer
Doug Taylor is a councillor in the London Borough of Enfield and former council leader. Doug works in consumer advocacy and worked for Which? on financial services.
Alan Duguid - Trustee
Alan is an Enfield-based musician working predominantly as a conductor and teacher. He has worked with many wind and brass bands in the UK and overseas. Alan has a real passion for music education and is Head of Academic Music and Haberdashers’ Boys’ School in Hertfordshire, and was previously at St Ignatius College in Enfield.
Jacquelyn Hynes - Trustee
Jacquelyn performs worldwide as a solo artist, in her trio or as a performer with other bands and projects, playing at many major venues. Jacquelyn is a member of the Royal Society of Musicians, the Folk Educators’ Group, and is Associate Professor in Folk Art at the Leeds Conservatoire.
